Royal Ambassadors
Our Royal Ambassadors are amazing and great role models of our program. In addition, they help provide support from all angles whether it's promoting the program, bonding with and supporting new contestants, crowning new royalty, running errands for program directors or making appearances as the face of our program, they are vital members of our program and we appreciate them so much!
Congratulations!

Congratulations to our 5th year, 13 year old Sparkle Chloe Benscoter who graduated out of the Sparkles and Lace program on October 26th 2025 and was welcomed into the Glitter and Grace side of the organization as the Royal Ambassador and representative of both programs!

Chloe has represented the Sparkles program wonderfully during her 5 year long commitment to the program and has been voted on by her peers multiple times for leadership, role model abilities and likeability. She always has a positive, can do attitude, is willing to try and do her best, and is very respectful to her teammates and her director. She has been expressing to me an interest in wanting to continue with the program after she graduated so what better way than to have her on as our Royal Ambassador!
I am thrilled to have her and her parents in our Glitter and Grace family!

Who will our Royal Ambassador be?

Our Royal Ambassador role is a very important role as it the equivalent of a titleholder who represents our program positively, recruits for our program, makes appearances and participates in community service. However, it is also a lifetime role where they also help the board members with so many other areas, they are a representative to help when titleholders aren’t available, they are specifically chosen by the director and are past Sparkle participants who have made a positive impact on the program and in their community.

Unlike the Titleholder role, where it is through competition that they achieve their titles, the Royal Ambassador is selected and invited by the Director directly after much careful consideration. Character attributes such as leadership, respect, teamwork, positivity, a love for the program and a mentorship of all the Sparkles involved is carefully considered.
